ARA makes music for everything that gets swallowed, overthought or left sitting somewhere in the back of your mind. ​Angsty alternative pop that moves between melancholic lows, messy love songs and the occasional moment where things almost feel okay. There’s sadness in it, but not always the obvious kind.

 

Sometimes it’s affection with nowhere to go. Sometimes it’s just being alone long enough for the thoughts you kept quiet all day to become impossible to ignore. A little broken, a little romantic, probably thinking too much.
